Overview
Urban culture is a vibrant and ever-evolving movement that blends art, music, sports, and street style. This day-long free event invites people of all ages to discover, experience, and participate in different aspects of urban culture in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Morning Program (10:00 – 12:30)
The day begins with an introduction to urban culture by local artists and enthusiasts who will share their personal journeys, inspirations, and creative processes. Short presentations will cover the history of street art, hip-hop dance, and urban sports, helping participants understand the cultural roots of each activity. Following this, participants can join introductory workshops:
- Graffiti Basics – Learn the principles of spray painting on temporary boards with guidance from experienced street artists.
- Hip-Hop Dance Foundations – Discover basic moves in an open, beginner-friendly dance circle.
Afternoon Program (13:30 – 16:30)
After a break, the afternoon will be dedicated to interactive sessions and performances. Participants will rotate between several stations:
- Beatmaking Lab – Experiment with digital music creation tools to produce short beats and rhythms.
- Street Sport Challenge – Try basketball trick shots, freestyle football, and skateboarding basics under the guidance of experienced coaches.
- Streetwear Customization – Bring a plain T-shirt or cap and learn how to personalize it with fabric paint and stencils.
Closing Showcase (17:00 – 18:00)
The event will end with a vibrant showcase featuring live graffiti creation, short dance performances, and open mic rap sessions. This final hour will be an opportunity for participants to present what they have learned and for the public to enjoy the dynamic energy of urban culture.
